Hannah is a 21 year old USDF Bronze, Silver, and Gold medalist from Charlottesville, VA. She grew up riding on her family farm in Altavista, Virginia. As Hannah grew up she was very lucky to compete a variety of horses at many different levels in Florida, Michigan, and Virginia. While in high school, Hannah began working as the Head Rider and Assistant Trainer for Jennifer Coyle Johnson of JCAndalusians and as a rehabilitation rider for USA Show Jumping Veterinarian, Dr. Tim Ober. While working for JCAndalusians she earned an immense amount of knowledge on how to work with young horses and learned the ropes of bringing up a horse from the very beginning.
After graduating from high school Hannah went to Virginia Tech for undergrad. While in college Hannah continued to ride, train, and compete her own horse during the school year as well as others over the summer. In 2013, Hannah was accepted into the Dressage Foundation's International Dream Program. This program gave her the opportunity to travel with several other young riders to Europe for a two-week introduction to European dressage trainers, riders, facilities, and events. Hannah graduated from Virginia Tech with her degree in Biological Sciences with honors in three years and moved down to Houston, TX, in order to start her own training business.
She now trains out of Creek Colony Farm in Richmond, Texas, along side her mother, trainer Pati Pierucci. Most recently, Hannah spent the season down in Wellington, FL, working as Kathy Connelly's assistant and training her with Pierucci Dressage's PRE, El Espiritu. While in Florida she was accepted into the USDF/USEF Young Rider Graduate Program held in Wellington.
Hannah also rides in a Wolfgang Expression, Icon Flight, Icon Coda, Wolfgang Matrix, and Custom Advantage.
